Refund & Return Policy - the basics

Claims. Claims by Buyer for shortages or errors in delivery must be made within five (5) days after the delivery of the Goods. Goods are sold subject to the standard manufacturing practices of Seller's suppliers. Goods purchased on the basis of weight are subject to customary quantity variations recognized by practice in the industry.

Returns. The Seller shall accept returns and exchanges of standard orders bought from this online store and shipped to the United States within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer and will provide a free return shipping label to the buyer by email. The buyer will need to send an email to sales@jentia.com with the order number and a reason for the return to receive the downloadable label for printing and shipping. The returned goods shall be in the same condition as was received by the buyer, be un-opened, and without visible damage unless damage occurred during shipment or delivery by the seller and shall be deemed exchangeable by the seller.  The seller will not in any way ship damaged goods to the buyer and will provide a full refund within 5(five) business days of the sales price minus the taxes for reasons beyond the sellers control.  For orders shipped to addresses outside of the United states, please contact Jentia Aviators shop on our website, by email, or phone within 14 days after receipt of the product to review a relevant solution for any issues with the order. All returns for exchange or cancellation due to reasons unforeseen by the buyer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
